Magnetic filters (magnetic frame, magnetic grate, magnetic basket strainers, magnetic bar, pipeline magnets) filter ferromagnetic metal contaminants, such as iron and steel, as well as weakly magnetic particles, such as residue from machined stainless steel, from liquids and powders that are transported under pressure.
Multi-type
Magnetic filters are usually made of steel stainless and rare earth magnets. It removes ferrous contaminants from the product steam in a wide range of applications. Grate magnets are fitted in different sizes and shapes hoppers, vertical ducts, intake openings, and bag loading or unloading points. Grate magnets are made up of the same or different length magnetic bars through the stainless steel plate. These bars are easily uninstalled and easily clean. Reasonable layout bars can make the magnetic field to be very strong, and high efficiency removes fine or weakly magnetic contamination from free-flowing granular products.
